Job Description
Transport facility is mandatory for women (both ways).
Male candidates receive ₹4,000/month if they don’t opt for transport.
If they choose one-way transport, they receive ₹2,500/month.
Incentives as per performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Address and resolve customer concerns, gather feedback, and ensure compliance during call interactions.
Engage with customers through inbound/outbound calls or online channels to passively (e.g., order taking) or actively promote and sell products and services.
Greet customers politely, professionally, and in line with established procedures.
Clarify customer needs by probing and confirming understanding of their requirements or issues.
Perform needs-based selling using non-scripted probing techniques to identify customer requirements or problems.
Provide support across various domains such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecom, Hardware, and Utilities.
