Drivers4Me is a driver aggregator startup, offering on-demand car driver hiring services through a mobile app. The company aims to connect car owners with licensed drivers for punctual, hassle-free, and cost-effective services in India. Drivers4Me values customer service and transparency in price breakdown, fostering connections between drivers and customers.




Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at Drivers4Me in Kolkata. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of driver aggregation services, managing customer all type of calls and chat support, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, managing driver schedules, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.




Qualifications


Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of driver management and customer service best practices

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience with mobile app-based services is a plus

Rotational shift is applicable
