Job Description

Position: Customer Support AssociateLocation: Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

  • Eligibility Criteria:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
  • Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
  • Graduates are preferred; undergraduates may also apply.
  • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Salary Details:Freshers:

  • Monthly CTC: ₹16,000
  • Approximate In-hand Salary: ₹11,240

Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1 Year Experience):

  • Monthly CTC: ₹18,000
  • Approximate In-hand Salary: ₹13,163
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: ₹3,192
  • Work Schedule:6 working days per week
  • 1 rotational weekly off
  • Total shift duration: 9 hours
  • 8 hours working
  • 1 hour break
