Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Support Trainee for a leading manufacturing company. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, along with basic computer and Excel knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle customer queries via calls and emails

 Provide accurate information regarding products/services

 Maintain customer records in the system

 Coordinate with internal departments when required

 Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Eligibility Criteria:

 Gender: Female Candidates Only

 Age: Up to 30 years

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (No supply papers)

 Graduates Preferred

 Language Requirement: English (Mandatory) Hindi (Mandatory)

 Technical Skills: Basic Computer Knowledge and Basic MS Excel Knowledge

Salary:

 Non-Graduate: ₹12,000

 Graduate: ₹12,300

Working Details:

 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

 Shift Type: General Shift

 Week Off: Rotational (1 week off per cycle)
