Delivery Executive

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-oriented Delivery Executive to join our laundry services team. As the "face" of our service, you will be responsible for the timely pickup of soiled garments and the safe delivery of fresh, clean laundry to our customers' homes and offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup & Delivery: Efficiently navigate assigned routes to collect dirty laundry and deliver processed items within promised time slots.

• Quality Check: Perform a quick on-site count and basic inspection of garments during pickup to ensure any pre-existing damage is noted.

• Safe Handling: Ensure all items are transported carefully to prevent wrinkling, damage, or loss.

• Payment Collection: Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) or digital payments accurately and provide receipts when necessary.

• Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and polite demeanor, addressing customer queries or feedback with a smile.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike/van) is kept clean and report any mechanical issues promptly.

• App Usage: Use our delivery partner app to update order statuses, track routes, and manage daily logs.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing: Valid driver’s license (Two-wheeler or Four-wheeler as per vehicle type) and a clean driving record.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using smartphone apps and GPS navigation (Google Maps).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift laundry bags (up to 15-20kg) and spend long hours on the road.

• Communication: Basic proficiency in English and the local language.

• Punctuality: A strong commitment to deadlines and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce delivery, food delivery, or courier services.

• Familiarity with local geography and shortcuts to avoid traffic.

• Knowledge of basic garment care (e.g., identifying silk vs. cotton) is a plus.
