Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Drive acquisition of Professional Loan customers through direct sales, DSAs, and channel partners.
Achieve sales and disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Cross-sell insurance and other financial products.
Build relationships with doctors, CAs, engineers, and other professionals.
Manage end-to-end loan processing from sourcing to disbursement.
Lead and motivate field sales teams and partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and risk guidelines.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility
Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services
Experience in Loan Sales, Business Loans, Professional Loans, or SME Lending preferred
