💼 Job Title: Development Manager – Tata AIA Life Insurance

📍 Location: Across India (varies by branch)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:👥 Team Building & Management:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of Financial Advisors (FAs) 💪
  • Guide FAs to achieve business targets and enhance productivity 📈

💡 Business Development:

  • Drive sales of life insurance products through the advisor channel 💰
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base 🌐

📊 Performance Monitoring:

  • Track advisor performance regularly and provide feedback 🔍
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and business ethics ✅

🤝 Customer Relationship Management:

  • Support FAs in building long-term client relationships ❤️
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service experience 🌟
  • 🧩 Key Skills Required:Strong leadership & team management skills 👨‍🏫
