📍 Location: Across India (varies by branch)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:👥 Team Building & Management:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of Financial Advisors (FAs) 💪
- Guide FAs to achieve business targets and enhance productivity 📈
💡 Business Development:
- Drive sales of life insurance products through the advisor channel 💰
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base 🌐
📊 Performance Monitoring:
- Track advisor performance regularly and provide feedback 🔍
- Ensure adherence to company policies and business ethics ✅
🤝 Customer Relationship Management:
- Support FAs in building long-term client relationships ❤️
- Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service experience 🌟
- 🧩 Key Skills Required:Strong leadership & team management skills 👨🏫
