• Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow our Instagram presence through creative content, reels, posts, and engagement strategies.
• Handle YouTube marketing including video optimization, thumbnails, SEO, uploads, and audience growth.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Work on e-commerce marketing strategies for online marketplaces and website sales growth.
• Create engaging content ideas for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor analytics, insights, and campaign performance to improve results.
• Coordinate with the creative team for product promotions, advertisements, and branding activities.
• Requirements:Good knowledge of Instagram marketing and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies and video marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, social media trends, and online branding.
• Ability to create marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Creative mindset with good communication skills.
• Prior experience in digital marketing preferred.
• Preferred Skills:Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Understanding of Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
