Job Description
- Job Title: Digital Marketing
- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company's iron and steel products across the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online marketplaces.
- Create and manage engaging content, including product posts, brochures, banners, videos, case studies, and promotional campaigns to enhance the company's online presence.
- Plan and execute SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives to generate quality B2B leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through digital channels, online inquiries, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing product information, after-sales support, and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Monitor digital marketing and sales performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Participate in client meetings, industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to expand the company's customer base and strengthen brand presence.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the manufacturing or iron & steel industry.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong B2B sales, lead generation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of qualified leads generated.
