Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, generating leads through online platforms, and converting prospective customers into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Create and publish engaging property listings, advertisements, reels, and promotional content.

- Generate quality leads through social media, online marketing, and digital campaigns.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.

- Follow up with prospective clients and build strong customer relationships.

- Explain property details, pricing, and project features to potential buyers.

- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested customers.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling and customer experience.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation and sales performance.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

- Experience in sales, real estate, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.

- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and social media tools is preferred.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
