We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Team Leader with 5-8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and proven expertise in handling teams and international client projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading digital marketing initiatives, driving business growth, and managing high-performing teams.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals
Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies for international clients
Oversee SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation activities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics tools
Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry updates

✅ Requirements
7–8+ years of total experience in Digital Marketing
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a Team Lead role
Strong expertise in SEO, Paid Marketing, Social Media & Lead Generation
Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and team management abilities
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international clients/agencies
Knowledge of website structure, landing page optimization, and marketing funnels
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
