ADVERTISEMENT FOR ENGAGEMENT OF DTP OPERATORS FOR CONFIDENTIAL PRINTING WORK
NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as DTP Operators for confidential printing assignments relating to question papers, examination materials, certificates, and other sensitive documents.
1. Position Details: DTP Operator (Desktop Publishing)
2. Essential Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma/Certificate in DTP/Desktop Publishing from a recognized institute.
- Proficiency in English and regional language typing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in DTP work.
3. Technical Skills Required
Candidates should possess working knowledge of:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe PageMaker
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office
- Unicode and non-Unicode fonts
- Data merging and variable data printing
4. Experience in Confidential Work
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
- Question paper composition and formatting.
- OMR design and preparation.
- Security printing environment.
- Handling confidential examination materials.
5. Selection Process
Selection shall be made through:
- Screening of applications.
- Practical Skill Test.
- Personal Interview.
- Verification of credentials and antecedents.
6. General Instructions
- The engagement is purely temporary and contractual.
- Candidates must maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Any breach of confidentiality shall lead to immediate termination and legal action.
