Job Description

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, content updates, catalog hygiene, and day-to-day operations across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and D2C platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce). This role requires someone who is organized, comfortable working on execution, and eager to learn e-commerce systems.


Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central (preferred)
  • Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce (added advantage)
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
  • Ability to learn new tools & platforms quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution mindset
  • Good communication skills


Technical Skills

  • Understanding of Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify dashboards
  • Knowledge of listing formats (Single, Variant, Bulk Upload)
  • Basic Excel skills:
  • VLOOKUP
  • Pivot Table
  • Data Cleaning & Formatting
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools (Helium10/JungleScout – preferred)
  • Ability to troubleshoot common marketplace errors
  • Comfortable working with images, CSV files, and spreadsheets


Operational Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Fast learner with adaptability to new e-commerce tools
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination
  • Time management & task prioritization
