About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Executive to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for soldering electronic components on PCBs, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the assembly and testing of electronic devices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual soldering and desoldering of electronic components on PCBs.
• Assemble electronic devices and subassemblies as per specifications.
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints and identify defects or rework requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during production.
• Maintain tools, soldering stations, and work areas in good condition.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities when required.
• Record production and quality-related data accurately.
• RequirementsITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in PCB soldering and electronic assembly.
• Knowledge of soldering techniques and electronic components.
• Ability to use soldering irons, hot air stations, and basic testing equipment.
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of quality control processes.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in SMT and through-hole component soldering.
• Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.
