Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Electronics Technician to join our team. The role involves office-based technical support along with field installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic security and IoT solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PCB repair, electronic troubleshooting, wiring, and installation of security systems, along with good communication and customer handling skills.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic PCBs and hardware components.
  2. Perform soldering, component replacement and functional testing of electronic circuits.
  3. Install, configure and troubleshoot Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, control panels, sensors and related accessories.
  4. Carry out electrical wiring, cable routing, panel wiring and termination as per installation standards.
  5. Install and test PIR sensors, magnetic door sensors, sirens, panic buttons, GSM/IP communicators and other security devices.
  6. Support assembly, testing, quality inspection and packaging of products before dispatch.
  7. Provide technical support to customers, dealers and installation partners through phone, WhatsApp and video calls.
  8. Diagnose customer issues remotely and guide them through troubleshooting and installation procedures.
  9. Attend field visits for installation, servicing, preventive maintenance and customer demonstrations whenever required.
  10. Maintain installation reports, service records and technical documentation.
  11. Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Technical teams to ensure timely customer support.
  12. Assist in product evaluation, R&D activities and testing of new products.
  13. Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA and industrial automation systems will be an added advantage.


Required Skills


  1. PCB troubleshooting and repair.
  2. Soldering and electronic component replacement.
  3. Electrical wiring and circuit testing.
  4. Knowledge of Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems.
  5. CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
  6. Knowledge of sensors, relays and control panels.
  7. Hands-on experience with multimeter, crimping and testing tools.
  8. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp and Android Apps).
  9. Good communication and customer handling skills.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  11. Team player with willingness to learn new technologies.
