Job Description:

Guidance Academy is seeking a passionate and committed English Teacher for our Jangipur Campus. This is a residential position, and the selected candidate must be willing to relocate and stay on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons to students of classes V to XII.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in alignment with WB Board standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school Cultural activities.
• Support student development in both academic and residential settings.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in English from a recognized university (Regular Mode).
• B.Ed. degree preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring students up to Class XII in WB Board curriculum is welcome.

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Willingness to contribute to the residential school environment.
