About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Event Operations Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, roadshows, retail branding, mall promotions, and on-ground marketing campaigns across India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesExecute BTL activations, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, printers, artists, and freelancers.
• Manage event setup, branding, logistics, permissions, and dismantling.
• Ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and brand standards.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams during planning and execution.
• Prepare event checklists, vendor POs, reports, and expense statements.
• Handle travel, accommodation, transportation, and manpower deployment.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure smooth event delivery.
• Travel extensively across India for project execution.
• Required SkillsStrong vendor management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• 2–5 years of experience in an Event Management, Advertising, or BTL Activation agency.
• Experience in handling corporate events, mall activations, retail branding, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• PreferredKnowledge of fabrication, printing, branding materials, and production processes.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
