Job Description

The ideal candidate manages and processes all shipping papers, ensures compliance with trade laws, and coordinates with shipping lines, custom agents, and clients to move goods safely across borders ,Make commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills. Draft or verify bills of lading (BL), certificates of origin, and insurance.File pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation. Talk to freight forwarders, transporters, and Customs House Agents (CHA).Book cargo space and container loads (FCL or LCL).Track live shipments until they reach the final buyer destination. Share tracking numbers and shipping updates with clients. Compliance and Record Keeping , Check rules for international trade and local customs. Keep safe digital and hard-copy files for audits. Manage daily reports on pending tasks, logistics costs, or delayed deliveries
