Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and disciplined cook to prepare and serve food at our takeaway counter. Most of the food items will be pre-prepared (marinated, portioned, or ready for cooking), so only basic cooking skills are required. Freshers with basic kitchen experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Cook and assemble menu items according to company SOPs.

- Fry, grill, heat, and plate food as per order.

- Maintain consistent taste and portion size.

- Keep the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Monitor stock and inform management when ingredients are running low.

- Minimize food wastage.

- Work efficiently during busy hours.

Requirements

- Basic cooking skills are sufficient.

- No extensive experience is required.

- Freshers or candidates with basic kitchen experience can apply.

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions.

- Honest, punctual, hygienic, and willing to learn.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Consistent food quality.

- Average order preparation time of 8–12 minutes.

- Kitchen cleanliness maintained throughout the shift.

- Food wastage below 3%.

- Good attendance and punctuality.

Working Hours

As per business operating hours, with one weekly off as decided by management.
