Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage customer collections, recover overdue payments, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with field visits, and possess a customer-focused approach while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue EMI and loan payments.
• Follow up with customers on delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collections, and payment commitments.
• Update collection status and customer feedback in the company's mobile application or CRM.
• Educate customers about payment options and resolve basic queries.
• Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to the reporting manager.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for dispute resolution and account reconciliation.
• Submit daily activity reports and collection updates to the reporting manager.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–3 years of experience in field collections, banking, NBFC, microfinance, or recovery are preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Customer handling and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in Loan Collections, Credit Card Collections, Microfinance, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, or Business Loan collections.
• Familiarity with collection processes and local market geography.
