Job Description
The Field Executive is responsible for assisting customers in the Gold Loan Takeover process by visiting customer locations, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, collecting documents, verifying information, and ensuring smooth execution of the loan transfer process.
- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and explain the Gold Loan Takeover process.
- Collect KYC documents, gold loan statements, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and branch officials for loan takeover formalities.
- Assist customers during loan closure and new loan disbursement.
- Verify customer details and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and operations team for lead updates.
- Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality (NDA).
- Meet monthly business targets and conversion goals.
