Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities (JD):
Installation & Maintenance: Install FTTH/fiber connections, configure routers, and maintain broadband services for residential and commercial customers.
Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and repair network connectivity issues, including fiber cable splicing and troubleshooting.
Field Work: Visit customer locations across the assigned territory in Kolkata for new installations and maintenance services.
Service Delivery: Meet company-defined Turnaround Times (TAT) for installations and resolving complaints.
Documentation: Maintain proper records of daily work done and customer satisfaction reports .
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Minimum HS /Graduate (preferred) or ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Networking.
Mandatory: Two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license.
Technical Skills: Good understanding of fiber optics, cable routing, and troubleshooting tools.
Soft Skills: Customer handling, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience: 0 - 2 years of relevant field experience in telecom (freshers with technical knowledge may be accepted).
Location - Kolkata - 10, Howrah-2
