Job Opening – CIEL HR
Position: Field sales executive
*Location* : Kolkata
*Qualification* : 12th pass
*Experience* :
•Minimum 6 Months of experience in any FMCG field sales
*Salary & Benefits:*
•Net Take Home (NTH): ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
•PF & ESIC benefits as per company policy
*Key Responsibilities:*
Visit assigned retail outlets, dealers, distributors, and customers across Kolkata.
Promote and sell company products in the FMCG/consumer goods segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Ensure product visibility and availability in assigned territories.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
*Requirements* :
Experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Retail Sales, or any Sales-related role.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike).
Valid Driving License is mandatory.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively across Kolkata.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
