Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Recruiter to support rider hiring and onboarding activities in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential riders in assigned locations.
- Explain company offerings and onboard eligible candidates.
- Complete candidate documentation and verification processes.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and track onboarding progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment.
- Own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (In Hand) + Incentives
Location: Kolkata
Job Type: Full-Time
