Job Description

Veraform Private Limited is a fast-growing digital healthtech platform bridging the gap between care seekers and trusted, independent care providers through our secure mobile marketplace, Veracare (veracare.in). We are formalizing the local home healthcare delivery model, empowering independent providers to optimize their schedules and maximize their earnings while ensuring strict quality, transparency, and accountability for families.


As a founding member of our Kolkata launch team, you will be instrumental in driving our supply-side provider network from the ground up.


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, street-smart Field Onboarding Executive to identify, engage, and onboard independent healthcare providers onto the Veracare mobile platform. You will be operating on the ground daily, building strong local relationships, walking prospective providers through the mobile application onboarding flow, and collecting relevant validation credentials to ensure our network remains highly trusted and professional.


Key Responsibilities

  • Targeted Sourcing: Conduct daily field operations across key healthcare and residential hubs in Kolkata to connect with qualified independent care providers (such as nurses, therapists, and care assistants).
  • Platform Onboarding: Actively pitch the value proposition of the platform. Comfortably guide providers through downloading the app, creating their professional profiles, and setting up their accounts.
  • Compliance & Verification: Assist providers in safely uploading required professional credentials and valid identification within the application to maintain high ecosystem quality.
  • Network Expansion: Leverage local peer referrals, community networks, and messaging groups to build a continuous pipeline of reliable platform providers.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate daily logs of onboarding milestones and sync regularly with the leadership team to share regional insights and progress updates.


Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in field sales, field sourcing, or partner onboarding. Experience in gig-economy partner onboarding, or field operations within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service aggregator sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA). A track record of street-smart execution and consistent target achievement matters more than a specific degree.
  • Language Fluency: Must be fully fluent in Bengali and Hindi. Ability to read/understand basic English for mobile application navigation and team syncs is required.
  • Assets: Must own a reliable two-wheeler (with a valid license/insurance) and an Android/iOS smartphone with a stable internet connection for daily field travel.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable managing daily field schedules independently while communicating effectively across standard global team syncs.
