Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer network and drive sales across North Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, dealer management, and business development, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, retailers, and distributors regularly to generate sales.
• Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Collect orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in the mattress, furniture, foam, home furnishing, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Knowledge of the North Kolkata market is preferred.
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
