Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell agricultural drones and related services to farmers, FPOs, dealers, distributors, and agricultural organizations.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and awareness programs in rural and agricultural areas.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agriculture consultants, and government departments.
- Explain drone applications such as crop spraying, crop monitoring, mapping, and precision farming.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the technical team for drone demonstrations and after-sales support.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, farmer meetings, and promotional events.
- Required Skills:Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural and agricultural regions.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture, agri-inputs, or agricultural equipment.
- Ability to build customer relationships and close sales deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and smartphone applications
