Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, veterinary clinics, pet shops, and other business partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned market areas daily to generate new business opportunities.

• Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, veterinary clinics, pet stores, and wholesalers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote company products, offers, and new launches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
• Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the operations team for smooth deliveries.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns when required.

Required QualificationsMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, pet products, or retail sales.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications.
• Good time management and route planning.
