Job Description

ob Title: Team Leader

Product: QR Code / Sound Box / Current Account Opening

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC + Incentives up to ₹20,000

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Fintech industry
  • Candidates with experience in companies like Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, BharatPe, JioPay, etc. will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage the sales team for QR Code, Sound Box, and Current Account opening products
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure team performance
  • Guide, train, and motivate team members
  • Maintain strong relationships with merchants and clients
  • Ensure proper reporting and daily activity tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations
