Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales by visiting customers in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and businesses to promote company products
• Generate new leads through field visits and local market research
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities
• Demonstrate products and explain benefits to clients
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales or field marketing
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
