Job Description
Stellar FM ( GST, GEM & Udyam registered) is a Kolkata-based facility management firm specializing in housekeeping, pest control, horticulture, and AMC services for mid-sized businesses across Kolkata + N24 Parganas. We are hiring 1 dedicated B2B Sales Executive to build our contract pipeline.
📋 What you'll do: - Cold-call and visit decision makers at mid-sized offices, factories, schools, clinics - Conduct on-site facility audits and submit proposals - Close ₹30K–₹1.5L MRR monthly retainer contracts - Handle 120-account target list with weekly reporting
💰 What we offer: - ₹20,000 fixed monthly + ₹3,000 travel allowance - 5% commission on first 3 months MRR of every signed contract - ₹15,000 quarterly bonus if quotas hit - ₹25,000 retention bonus at 6 months + salary hike - Realistic Year 1 take-home: ₹3.8L – ₹5.4L
