Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveJob OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, discovering new client opportunities, and traveling within assigned territories to promote and sell our offerings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales Generation: Proactively pitch, negotiate, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Territory Travel: Travel extensively across assigned local areas/distances to conduct field visits and client presentations.
• Market Expansion: Identify potential client leads through cold calls, field visits, and local networking.
• Self-Management: Work independently to organize daily schedules, follow up on leads, and report progress.
• Key Requirements & QualificationsSkills: Strong sales pitch execution, fast learning ability, excellent verbal communication, and active listening.
• Personality: Extroverted, outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Requirements: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and be comfortable traveling locally.
• Age: 18 – 45 years.
• Open to all eligible candidates regardless of gender.
• Work Details & CompensationSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 / month (plus incentives based on performance).
• Working Schedule: 6 days a week | 8 hours per day.
• Job Type: Full-time (Field-based).
