Job Description – Merchandiser (Marketing) | Renowned Beverage Company

Position: Merchandiser (Marketing – No Sales)

Location: South Kolkata

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and dedicated candidates to join a renowned beverage company as a Merchandiser (Marketing). This is a non-sales role focused on maintaining product visibility, merchandising standards, and brand presence across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure product availability at assigned retail outlets.

- Maintain visicoolers in clean and proper working condition.

- Implement and maintain planograms as per company guidelines.

- Maximize outlet RED (Retail Execution) score through proper merchandising.

- Support the launch of new products, brands, and packaging.

- Arrange products according to merchandising and RED standards.

- Maintain cleanliness of display areas and promotional activation materials.

- Build and maintain a good relationship with retail store staff.

- Report merchandising activities and outlet status to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: 10th Pass / Higher Secondary (HS) / Graduate

- Age: 20–35 years

- Gender: Male candidates only

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

- PF & ESI benefits

- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹7,000

- Travel Allowance (TA)

Retention Bonus

- After 90 Days: ₹3,000

- After 180 Days: ₹6,000

- After 365 Days: ₹10,000
