Job Description
We are looking for a few confident and energetic field sales executives who enjoy meeting people and building strong customer relationships. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for being on the move and hitting targets, we’d love to hear from you.
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and a "never-give-up" mindset.
- Must-Have: A two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily commutes.
Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary (bachelor's degree preferable)
- Proven experience in a sales/customer service role is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a field sale (proficient in Hindi, Bengali, and English)

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Outreach: Identify and visit potential leads to promote HighBHP’s offerings.
- Relationship Building: Manage and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with a "can-do" attitude.
- Reporting: Provide daily updates on field activities and market feedback.
