Job Role Summary

We are hiring energetic, street-smart Sales / Field Executives who are ready to work in the market, build dealer relationships and drive business growth for Smart Structure across Kolkata.

This is a high-impact field sales role with strong earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Onboarding & Market Expansion

• Visit hardware & building material dealers across assigned areas in Kolkata

• Pitch Smart Structure platform and close dealer appointments

• Onboard dealers and assist with app installation & training

Sales & Business Development

• Generate orders & sales from onboarded dealers

• Promote Smart Structure’s offerings & benefits

• Achieve assigned appointment & sales targets

Market Survey & Intelligence

• Conduct market surveys & collect competitor data

• Share field feedback with management

Field Planning & Reporting

• Plan daily routes using Google Maps

• Maintain visit logs, follow-ups & basic reporting

Working Days

Monday to Saturday

Eligibility & Requirements

• 10+2 / Graduate preferred

• 0–3 years experience in field sales preferred

• Must own a two-wheeler & valid driving license

• Comfortable with full-day market visits

• Can use Google Maps & smartphone apps

• Good communication & persuasion skills

• Knowledge of Kolkata markets is a plus
