We are hiring dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executives who can promote and sell our products in the local market by visiting retail shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops and distributors daily

• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retailers

• Promote CultsFarm Spices products in the market

• Take orders and maintain strong retailer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis

• Ensure product visibility and branding at stores

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG sales is preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Knowledge of Kolkata market will be an advantage

• Must be hardworking, confident, and target-oriented

• Bike preferred for field visits
