Job Description
Job Title: Online Champ (Field Sales)Company: Bharti Airtel
Location: North Kolkata & Central Kolkata
Job Summary:We are looking for energetic and target-driven candidates for the role of Online Champ. The candidate will be responsible for generating online leads and converting them into sales for Airtel products and services.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through online platforms and social media
- Promote Airtel services (Broadband, SIM, DTH, etc.)
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Coordinate with customers for installation and service activation
- Maintain daily reports of leads and conversions
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales/tele-sales preferred
- Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi & basic English)
- Smartphone and internet knowledge required
- Skills Required:Sales & negotiation skills
- Basic digital/online marketing understanding
- Customer handling ability
- Target-oriented mindset
