Field Sales Executive

The Airtel Xstream Fiber Executive (XFE) is a field-based sales role focused on customer acquisition for high-speed broadband services. Responsibilities include door-to-door marketing, generating new leads, closing sales within assigned territories, and managing customer documentation. Mandatory requirements typically include a two-wheeler, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Door-to-door sales and direct marketing to households, residential societies, and commercial areas.
• Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and converting them into Xstream Fiber users.
• Documentation & Onboarding: Responsible for collecting customer KYC documents and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Brand Promotion: Engaging with customers to raise awareness of Airtel's broadband/Wi-Fi services.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with local partners and building permissions, if necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years (Field Sales/Telecom experience preferred).
• Education: Minimum 12th pass to graduate.
• Mandatory: Two-wheeler, valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
• Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, and high energy for field work.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Typically ₹15,500 – ₹20,500 monthly, depending on location and experience.
• Incentives: High incentive structure based on sales performance.
