Field Sales Executive

Job Description:-

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and construction sites daily.
2. Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
3. Promote the company's premium marble, granite, quartz, and tile products.
4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
5. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
6. Coordinate with the showroom team for product availability and customer requirements.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets.
8. Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements:-

1. 6 months–5 years of field sales experience (building materials, tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, paints, plywood, hardware, or related industries preferred).
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
4. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp for reporting.
6. Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
