Job Opening – Field Sales Executive

Position: Field sales

 *Location* : Entire South Kolkata

 *Qualification* :

12th pass (Any Discipline)

 *Experience* :

•Minimum 6 Months of experience in any field sales

 *Salary & Benefits:* 

•Net Take Home (NTH): ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

•PF & ESIC benefits as per company policy

 *Key Responsibilities:* 

Visit assigned retail outlets, distributors, supermarkets, and wholesalers daily.

Promote and sell the company's beverage products to existing and new customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Generate new leads and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at retail outlets.

Collect orders and coordinate with distributors for timely delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Ensure proper product display and visibility at stores to increase sales.

Collect payments (if required) and maintain accurate sales records.

Submit daily sales reports and route plans to the reporting manager.

Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.

Skills Required:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of FMCG/beverage sales.

Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of FMCG or beverage field sales experience who are passionate about sales and customer relationship management.

Support sales targets through effective consultation and product recommendations.
