Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Field Operations Specialist to drive sales for our IT products and services, including computers and related solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored IT solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the IT sector.

* Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.

* Conduct on-site meetings and presentations to showcase IT products and services.

* Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or related field operations.

* Strong knowledge of computers and IT services.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
