Field Sales Executive / Sr Executive For Real Estate Auction Properties Sales

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for a result-driven “Sales Executive” with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers. Sales Representative responsibilities include providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Area would include

• North Kolkata,
• North 24 Parganas
• Howrah
• South 24 Parganas
• Behala
• Krishnanagar
• Kalyani
• Siliguri
• Durgapur
• Midnapore

Responsibiliteis will include

Property Surveying:

·      Conduct property surveys of repossessed properties

·      Survey shall include clicking photographs / videos of the property and surrounding area and upload the same in the Hecta app to ensure accurate listings on the Hecta marketplace.

·      Assess properties for sale readiness by talking to the neighbors and identifying any dues.

Marketing Support:

·      Assist the potential buyers throughout the sale process, including showing the property, collection of money, bid form submission etc.

·      Coordinate with Hecta’s customer service team to ensure smooth transaction.

Collaboration with Hecta Team:

·      Work closely with the Hecta teams to enhance property listings with photos, videos and other information related to the property.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED.

·      1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Field Sales Executive. Ability to build productive business- professional relationships with the customers. Highly motivated and target driven. Excellent communication skills. Time management and organizational skills. Relationship management skills and open to feedback. Degree in business or related fields.
