Responsibilities
Þ Providing service and customer support during field visits
Þ Managing all onsite service, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Þ Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Þ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Þ Onsite real time report generation in mobile application
Þ Report to the Business Development Executive
Þ Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Þ Follow team schedule
Þ Professionalism
Requirements
Þ Proven work experience as a Service Technician
Þ Familiarity with Tools & machinery
Þ Excellent communication skills
Þ Open for touring across region
Þ Minimum working experience: 2 years or Fresher
Þ Minimum qualification: ITI (Preference to Fitter trade)
