Job Description
CultsFarm is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Retail Sales Executive to expand our presence in the market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops, generating sales, building strong relationships with shop owners, and increasing product visibility for our premium spices range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores, kirana shops, and supermarkets to promote and sell CultsFarm products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in food/spices industry)
- Strong knowledge of spices and FMCG products
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in field sales and travel locally
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in spices or food product selling
- Existing network with local retailers/distributors
Salary: As per experience + Incentives
