Franchise Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Business Development

• Generate qualified franchise leads through multiple channels.
• Handle inbound enquiries from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website and referrals.
• Conduct outbound lead generation through networking and partnerships.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential franchise partners.

2. Franchise Sales

• Explain SpinCare's franchise models (COFO, FOCO & Smart Store).
• Understand the prospect's investment capacity and business goals.
• Recommend the most suitable franchise model.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations and business meetings.
• Convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.

3. Lead Qualification

• Assess financial capability and investment readiness.
• Evaluate entrepreneurial mindset and operational suitability.
• Verify property ownership (for FOCO) where applicable.
• Ensure prospects meet SpinCare's eligibility criteria.

4. Franchise Presentations

• Deliver franchise presentations both online and offline.
• Explain business model, investment, ROI and support systems.
• Address commercial, operational and legal queries.
• Build confidence and trust with prospective partners.

5. Franchise Documentation

• Coordinate collection of KYC and supporting documents.
• Assist with application processing and agreement execution.
• Coordinate franchise fee collection and documentation.

6. Site Selection & Evaluation

• Coordinate location identification and evaluation.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Assist in site feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with the operations team for final approvals.

7. Franchise Onboarding

• Coordinate the onboarding process after agreement signing.
• Ensure smooth handover to the Operations Team.
• Track store setup and launch timelines.
• Support franchise partners during the initial launch phase.

8. Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with prospective and newly signed franchise partners.
• Build long-term business relationships.
• Resolve pre-launch concerns and coordinate with internal teams.

9. CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Track lead status and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on:
• Leads generated
• Meetings conducted
• Franchise conversions
• Revenue achieved
• Store launches

10. Market Expansion

• Identify high-potential markets for expansion.
• Monitor competitor franchise offerings.
• Suggest new lead generation initiatives.
• Build local business networks and referral channels.
