Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Hotel Management or any relevant field
0–3 years of experience in hotel front office (freshers can be trained)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Bengali is a plus for Kolkata)
Basic computer knowledge (PMS, MS Excel, email handling)
Pleasant personality and professional grooming
Key Competencies:
Customer service excellence
Sales & upselling ability (VERY important for revenue)
Problem-solving skills
Multitasking and time management
Attention to detail
Shift Details:
Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
6 days working with weekly off
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Guest satisfaction scores / reviews
Upselling revenue (room upgrades, meals)
Check-in/check-out efficiency
Complaint resolution time
