Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual content for social media, websites, digital ads, emailers, and print materials.
• Create and adapt branding elements, marketing creatives, brochures, posters, flyers, and event-specific materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing layouts using strong typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing and promotional use.
• Produce static and basic motion graphics suited for different platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs for CYC Group’s verticals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (experience in travel/hospitality/events is a plus).
• Strong and proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Premiere Pro/After Effects is an advantage).
• Excellent creativity, with the ability to develop original ideas and convert concepts into impactful designs.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in designing for social media platforms and adapting content for different formats.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
