Job Description

Position OverviewLead end-to-end digital growth strategy focused on user acquisition, employer onboarding, and revenue scaling.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOwn complete digital marketing funnel:
  • User acquisition (job seekers + employers)
  • Retention and engagement
  • Manage paid channels:
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Display
  • Build and optimize performance campaigns (ROI-focused)
  • Lead SEO, ASO, and content growth strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance, CAC, LTV, conversion rates
  • Manage marketing budgets and scale profitable campaigns
  • Lead and mentor design, performance, and content teams
  • Coordinate with product team for growth experiments
  • Required SkillsStrong expertise in:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing & funnels
  • Experience scaling startups or marketplace platforms
  • Strong data interpretation and decision-making ability
  • PreferredExperience in job-tech, classifieds, or B2C platforms
  • Proven track record of scaling user base rapidly
