Role OverviewA Hair Stylist is responsible for delivering professional hair services, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to salon revenue through high-quality work and customer retention.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services
  • Consult clients to understand preferences and recommend suitable styles
  • Maintain hygiene, tools, and workstation as per salon standards.
  • Upsell salon services and hair care products.
  • Manage appointments and ensure timely service delivery
  • Stay updated with latest trends and techniques
  • Handle client complaints professionally
  • Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a hair stylist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of hair treatments, coloring techniques, and tools.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
